No. GoPro Quik runs on iPhone and iPad, and Apple's App Store data lists no Apple Watch app for it (checked 5 October 2026). GoPro's old watch features are gone. Third-party apps put the record button on your wrist instead.

What happened to GoPro's Apple Watch app?
GoPro once shipped Apple Watch features for its app. Today's GoPro Quik dropped them: its App Store listing runs on iPhone and iPad only. GoPro owners still ask for the watch app back in a thread on GoPro's own forum.
Quik still does a lot on the phone: it pairs the camera, controls it, updates its firmware and brings your footage over. The catch is that it lives in your hand, which is the one place your phone can't be while you ride, ski or paddle.
