GoPro describes The Remote as “total control of your camera” without listing each function, so those cells quote it. The Shutter Remote's one button takes photos and starts and stops video. What is the range of a GoPro remote?
GoPro rates The Remote at up to 60 m (196 ft) and the Waterproof Shutter Remote at up to 20 m (65 ft), both in optimal conditions. GoPro adds that range can drop when the camera records at higher resolutions and frame rates.
